SNOVR - DATE CHANGE!! March 4TH-6TH,2022
That’s right…. a Snowbike event in Eastern Ontario. But don’t be fooled… this isn’t a sled ride on hard-packed, groomed trails for hours on end. Nope… you won’t see an OFSC trail anywhere near our event. Instead, SNOVR participants will enjoy true off trail riding along the banks of Bark Lake, which turns into a veritable snowbike play ground in the winter, boosting and carving along the huge banks of snow that pile up on over 60kms of shoreline. In addition, SNOVR riders will have access to the remote western side of the lake which is inaccessible in the warmer months to all but the hardest of riders. With Steep hills, rocky shoreline cliffs and outcrops, awesome tree riding as well as KM’s of wide open trails, long forgotten by most, the western side of the lake boasts some truly epic snowbiking!
New for 2022: Boondocking the Boonies Snowbike Series
And if that wasn’t reason enough to get onboard, Valley Rally Enduro is teaming up with Rally Connex , linking both of our Snowbiking events to create Ontario’s first Snowbike Event Series: Boondocking the Boonies Snowbike Series! The BBSS series will feature two rounds, the 1st being Snow Down which will be held in Wawa, ON (Feb 11-13) with the second and final round being SNOVR (Mar 4-6) in Barry’s Bay, ON. Both events will work on a points system based on GPS Waypoint Challenges. The championship round will be held at SNOVR, where top prizes and trophies are handed out to the winners. In order to win the series you must compete in both the SNOVR and Snow Down Event. Collect the most amount of points between the 2 events and become the Boonies Champion. As an added incentive to enrol in this series you can save 10% on registration fee's for both SNOVR and Snow Down. Plus receive an exclusive BBSS Hoodie. This years grand prize for 1st place will be a custom wrapped Boonies inspired full size fridge stacked full of beer! Updates to the grand prizes will be advertised on our social media pages. No membership is required to enter this series.
